Will eLogic Genesis Log Me Out After Being Inactive?
This is a common feature you've likely encountered for banks, credit cards, or other websites that require you to sign in.
Time-out Due to Inactivity: If you are logged into your account and are inactive for four hours, you will receive a warning message across the top of the screen indicating that you will be logged out soon due to inactivity. You have the option to stay logged in by clicking "Keep session active".
Forced Time-out/Reauthentication: After being logged in for 12 hours, the system will force a time-out and require you to log in again. This is a security measure to prevent you from being logged into eLogic Genesis indefinitely. You will receive a message across the top of the screen five minutes before the forced time-out with the option to log out manually.
